Euchre Player's Organization (EPO) - Privacy Policy

EPO is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy tells you about our online collection, use and disclosure of personal information. The terms of this policy apply to all personal information collected by EPO on its System. Information collected may be retained as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes it was collected.

(1) Collection and Use of information

EPO's software solutions are built to maintain euchre tournament scores and calculate rankings of players. The Player's information will be used only for the sole purposes of maintaining tournament scores and calculating rankings. EPO does not sell personal information to third parties.

(2) Disclosure of personal information

Except as set out in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, EPO does not sell your personal information to third-parties. EPO reserves the right to disclose your personal information if required or permitted to do so by law.

(3) Security of your personal information

EPO takes commercially reasonable steps to secure your personal information including implementing a secure socket layer while transmitting sign up / sign in information, during maintenance of sensitive data and during any electronic transmissions of sensitive data. Sensitive data is any data that is deemed sensitive by EPO.

(4) Viewing your own information

If you are a Player who has registered for this Service, you may view your own information by logging on to your EPO account and choosing the appropriate sections.

(5) Cookies and IP addresses

EPO provides users with options to set cookies that will enable the EPO system to remember their user names and keep them signed in. This is an option that users can select, and when selected, the system stores their user IDs in the form of a cookie in the computer from which they access their EPO account. EPO also uses cookies to track user log-in sessions and manage http secure protocol. This is required for managing the security of the applications and user data.

(6) Solicitation

Organizations and clubs that use EPO’s software solutions may contact you in connection with running the tournaments.

(7) Your use of our System is consent

By using our System, you hereby consent to our collection, use, management, retention and disclosure of your information as described in this notice.

(8) Right to change the privacy policy

EPO reserves the right to change its policy from time to time.
